Independent and timely planning and execution of valid analyses and tests according to pharmacopoeia monographs as well as internal and general test specifications
Calculation and evaluation of analysis results
Safe handling of laboratory software (e.g. LIMS)
Handling, operation, timely calibration and preventive maintenance of analytical equipment in the laboratory and carrying out minor repairs
Evaluation of analysis results using spreadsheets including simple statistics
Preparation of test protocols and reports for test results
Induction and supervision of (new) employees, trainees and interns
Preparation of SOPs, AVs and GVs in collaboration with the Head of Quality Control Laboratories
Stockpiling working materials (culture media, reagents, replacement parts for equipment, etc.) to ensure a delay-free workflow
Optimization and validation of existing test methods including the creation of associated validation plans/reports and regulations in collaboration with the Head of Biological QC
Supporting the qualification of analytical equipment, including the creation of associated qualification plans/reports and regulations
Follow-up of external orders and checking raw data/results for completeness and plausibility (external laboratories)
Support in the preparation and follow-up of audits
Completed training in the field of biology laboratory technician, BTA or comparable qualification
Analytical expertise
Good PC skills for device control and results feedback (e.g. LIMS)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and in the GMP area
Strong understanding of hygiene
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Strong ability to work in a team
High flexibility and ability to work under pressure
