Your task
- Temporary for 36 months
- Carrying out routine tests of printed and unprinted packaging materials as well as tests according to regulations (optical & physical tests & IR), chemical tests according to monograph e.g. rubber stoppers e.g. titrations, ash determination UV-VIS
- Carrying out all work relating to sampling of raw materials and sample distribution as well as reserve sample management
- Identity testing of raw materials using Raman spectrometers and X-ray fluorescence analysis
- Visual and sub-visual inspection of finished products and their intermediate products, particle testing with microscopic evaluation as part of process controls for production and carrying out leak tests on bags
- Documentation of test results and entries in device logbooks and entries in LIMS in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice
- Collaboration in the qualification of packaging materials as well as in the qualification and method development of X-ray fluorescence analysis
- Creation of references and method validation Raman for identity testing of raw materials
- Creation or modification of LIMS test plans

Collaboration in projects, in the revision of regulations and the processing of change controls
Your profile
- Completed scientific training as a pharmacist, chemist, laboratory technician, chemical production specialist or similar
- Professional experience in a comparable environment desirable
- GMP as well as laboratory and equipment knowledge
- Good knowledge of SAP, LIMS and MS Office
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong ability to work in a team and high quality awareness
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with a high workload
