To strengthen the team at the Emil von Behring Clinic in Berlin-Zehlendorf, we are looking for a

Deputy Head of the Outpatient Center (f/m/d)

• Support the head of the outpatient clinic in organizing and ensuring the smooth running of outpatient operations
• Independent coordination and control of processes for optimal patient care
• Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Participation in personnel management and development, including duty planning and induction of new employees
• Contact person for the team and for patients and relatives, as well as deputizing for the outpatient clinic manager in their absence
• Collaboration with various specialist departments of the clinic for the continuous further development of outpatient processes

• Completed training in healthcare (e.g. healthcare and nursing, MFA) or a comparable qualification; ideally with further training in management or leadership
• Several years of professional experience in a clinic or in the outpatient sector, preferably in a specialized care facility
• Management experience or interest in taking on responsibility as well as knowledge of hospital information systems (HIS) and confident use of MS Office, ideally also x-vianova
• High level of social and communication skills in dealing with patients, relatives and colleagues
• Organizational talent, ability to work in a team and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
