Deputy Head of MTRA (m/f/d)

• Support the management in leading the team, including regular feedback meetings and motivation of employees
• Planning staff deployment, taking into account workload, vacation and training
• Ensuring smooth processes and procedures in the radiology department
• Taking on management tasks in the absence of the functional service manager
• Monitoring requirements and ordering work materials as well as checking devices and technical equipment
• Ensuring patient-centered care and quality in dealing with patients

• Successfully completed training as a medical-technical radiology assistant / MTRA (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of quality management is desirable
• You are characterized by committed, independent and reliable work
• You have leadership, organizational and planning skills
• You have an empathetic, social and communicative character
• You are willing to work weekends, nights and public holidays
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
