with a medical background as a full-time peer review clerk based in Berlin / Brandenburg.

• Follow-up of project progress and creation and maintenance of project documentation
• Contact person for questions from team leaders, peers, medical directors and nursing directors on organizational issues regarding peer review processes
• Digital file receipt management including independent monitoring of deadlines and reminder management are part of daily work
• Preparation and follow-up of central Helios peer review procedures on site at the company headquarters

• Training in the medical environment / healthcare sector (e.g. medical assistant (m/f/d))
• Confident command of medical nomenclatureIT affinity and confident handling of common MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Initial experience in project managementAdequate communication with the various professional groups in the healthcare sector
• Independent and structured way of working
• Proof of immunization against measles
