We are looking for a full-time or part-time medical assistant (m/f/d) to join the team in the Central Emergency Department as soon as possible.

• Friendly reception and admission of patients

• Dealing with EDP-supported patient: internal admission and documentation procedures.
• Initial assessment of emergency patients using the Manchester Triage System (MTS).
• Documenting and passing on information as part of patient care.
• Close cooperation with the affiliated emergency care unit.
• You are a competent contact person for relatives.

The Helios Klinik Titisee-Neustadt, a basic and standard care hospital with 151 beds and 400 employees, is an academic teaching hospital of the University Hospital of Freiburg.

The clinic has the departments of internal medicine, neurology, general and visceral surgery, trauma surgery/orthopaedics, gynaecology/obstetrics with a certified breast center, as well as anaesthesia and geriatrics.

The hospital also has a dialysis practice and a branch oncology practice as well as a radiology practice with CT and MRI.

Over 8,000 inpatients and 12,700 outpatients are treated here every year. A daycare center for children aged zero to six is attached to our clinic.
