Join the team at the Helios Prevention Center Hamburg as a full-time or part-time medical assistant (m/f/d) in the Medical Check-up department based in Hamburg as soon as possible.

• Care of a diverse clientele of executives and private patients
• Contact person for our customers and accompaniment through the examination day
• Performing functional diagnostics (ECG, pulmonary function tests, hearing and vision tests) and taking blood samples
• Process coordination and practice administration, including preparation for service billing as well as assistance with documentation and the preparation of reports in German and, if necessary, in English
• Assistance with documentation
• Preparation of diagnostic reports in German and, if required, also in English

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d)
• Ideally experience in internal medical examination methods, in particular ergometry and ultrasound and interest in endoscopy
• Confident appearance and a high level of service awareness towards our customers
• Organizational talent as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Proficient in MS Office and good English skills
• Strong communication and cooperation skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
