Coding Specialist Psychiatry (m/f/d)

Helios Klinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for a coding specialist (m/f/d) for psychiatry on 01.12.2025 on a full-time or part-time basis,

unlimited term.

• Ensuring correct and timely case coding in the PEPP system
• Optimization of medical service documentation
• Further development of coding quality, responsibility for the preparation of regular control information on the service profile to the medical service areas
• Dealing with payers, assessment and justifications in connection with health insurance and MD inquiries
• Cross-site collaboration and coding
• Further and advanced training in the area of coding specialist PEPP

• Several years of professional experience in a psychiatric clinic
• Medical/nursing training or medical university degree
• Professional experience/previous knowledge in PEPP and in the area of coding and medical controlling desirable
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as social competence
• Willingness and ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner with doctors, nurses, therapists and case management
• IT skills (in particular Microsoft® Office, SAP IS-H)
• Proof of immunization against measles
