At the earliest possible date, we are looking for the following for the HR department in Uelzen

Personnel Officer with focus on personnel controlling (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Independent determination of personnel-related data for monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Provision of personnel-related information and preparation of decision bases for the management
• Further development of our HR reporting system in accordance with legal and corporate requirements
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialist departments, including financial controlling and financial accounting
• Active involvement in the design and optimization of HR processes
• Contact person for duty roster managers for questions regarding time management and working time organization

• Successfully completed training or studies in the field of economics, ideally with a focus on (personnel) controlling
• A high affinity for working with data and figures
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially very good knowledge of Excel
• Professional experience in personnel controlling, ideally in the healthcare industry
• Strong analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and results-oriented way of working
• Desirable practical experience in the administration of duty roster and working time recording programs, preferably ATOSS ASES
