As soon as possible, we are looking for you as Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) for Ward G3 of the Clinic for Nephrology and Dialysis.

• You will take responsibility for the design of your workplace, contribute your ideas and work on the further development of the team
• You will support the ward management in the following tasks:
• Design of the duty roster and all administrative activities within the framework of the management function
• Ensuring the implementation of the company's and clinic's goals
• You have personnel responsibility in the area of responsibility, which includes in particular employee management and team development (e.g. personnel scheduling and absence management or personnel development, including conducting employee appraisals)
• Measures to analyze and ensure the achievement of all nursing quality goals in the area and the active further development and implementation of the hospital's internal nursing organizational structures and care-specific topics

• You have completed vocational training as a registered nurse (m/f/d) or have a comparable 3-year qualification
• You have successfully completed the further training to become a nursing ward manager or are willing to complete it
• Are you interested in our field of expertise and the care of chronically ill patients?
• You have several years of professional experience and have the ability to motivate employees and inspire them to embrace change
• You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and staff, appreciate interdisciplinary cooperation and see yourself as part of a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles.
