At the Wuppertal site, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Nephrology (m/f/d) full-time or part-time as soon as possible.

• Patient-oriented organization and coordination of workflows and staff deployment on the ward
• Determination and monitoring of nursing standards
• Professional care as a decisive key role in treatment
• Induction of new employees by means of an induction concept
• Interdisciplinary work and multi-professional exchange at eye level
• Commitment to the health and recovery of our patients

• Completed 3-year training as a nurse (m/f/d)
• Completed ward management course (DKG) or willingness to participate
• Practical work experience as a ward manager desirable
• Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism
• Working with the Medical Service and other professional groups on an equal footing
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
