Your assignments 

• Project Management Office for Global Projects and Strategic Network Projects 

• Overseeing planning, execution, and completion of global and strategic network projects, driving impactful business outcomes. 

• Support development of comprehensive project plans, including clear objectives, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and budget allocations. 

• Coordinate effectively with department managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and strong support for project teams. 

• Monitor project progress, proactively manage milestones and risks, and implement strategies to ensure timely delivery. 

• Identify potential risks and assure development of robust mitigation plans to safeguard project success. 

• Maintain regular, transparent communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring concerns are addressed and feedback is integrated. 

• Oversee project documentation and quality assurance, ensuring deliverables consistently meet high standards and budget requirements. 

Your profile 

• University degree in business economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; relevant certifications are a plus.

• Bring at least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or operations management, ideally within a global organization.

• Possess a solid understanding of business processes, industry dynamics, and emerging market trends.

• Exhibit strong skills with MS Office applications and SharePoint.

• Showcase an independent, process-oriented work style with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and conflict management abilities.

• Display outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to professional collaboration and interface management.
