Drive financial processes and functional efficiency at Fresenius Kabi.
Fresenius Kabi's mission is to improve patient care through high quality products. We are looking for a Senior Manager Corporate Finance - Strategic Projects (m/f/d) to drive capital efficiency and ensure that our financial processes are aligned with our ambitious growth and transformation plans.

• Improve processes and tools: You will play an important role in improving finance processes and implementing new software tools. A key focus will be to design finance processes and ensure the business is equipped with the best tools and processes for success.

• You will promote functional efficiency: you will support group-wide, strategic projects, both in project management steering and in realization and implementation. This includes creating business cases, conducting workshops and following up on implementations.

• Supporting M&A activities: In this key role, you will provide key financial insights by reviewing business cases and transaction documents for mergers and acquisitions, helping to ensure strategic alignment and value creation.

Your profile

• Academic qualifications: A successfully completed business degree or equivalent qualification.

• Extensive experience: At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in corporate finance, M&A, financial transformations in an international company or management consultancy. Project management skills and experience with process taxonomies an advantage.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), knowledge of SAP modules SEM-BCS, CO and BW an advantage.

• Language skills: Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Analytical mindset: You have a structured way of working with excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers.

• Problem solving skills: You enjoy finding solutions to complex challenges and are able to communicate these clearly and comprehensibly.

• Initiative and collaboration: You have a high level of initiative combined with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work effectively as part of a team.
