As of 01.10.2025, we are looking for exactly you as a full-time Central Practice Supervisor and Coordinator (m/f/d) for the training of our junior nurses.

• Planning and coordination of practical deployment planning in accordance with the Nursing Act and the Nursing Professions Act Planning and implementation of practical instruction Documentation and evaluation of learning success Cross-ward deployment Support and advice for trainees during the course of their training Participation in the development of training tools and the practical curriculum Participation and involvement in practical instructor meetings Close cooperation with the adjacent training center

• In addition to several years of experience as a registered nurse At least 300 hours of vocational pedagogical qualification in practical instruction Assertiveness and high communication skills with simultaneous organizational skills and the ability to work independently and interdisciplinary Knowledge of generalized nursing training Very good nursing and pedagogical expertise Personal initiative and organizational talent as well as learning and methodological skills Legally required proof of immunization against measles
