Invest your know-how in a place with real value and become part of Fresenius by taking on a role as IT Program Manager (m/f/d) that plays a pivotal role to ensure the successful execution of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA program rollout in close collaboration with a system integrator.
This role is crucial for maintaining program delivery, quality, compliance, and performance, supporting the strategic objectives of a large, complex organization with a holding structure and multiple business segments.
Management of a program of multiple integrated projects by providing a clear direction and motivating team members.
Delivery of the program with its projects over the complete project lifecycle (e.g. program set-up, estimation, planning, requirements engineering, and testing).
Establish IT governance structure to oversee the program, including roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
Oversee the execution of all IT deliverables across the program phases, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that all IT program deliverables meet the required standards and business requirements.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of program activities to ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
Monitor the performance of the system integrator to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Facilitate regular meetings and communication between the internal team and the system integrator to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Continuous identification and initiation of improvements of existing processes, methods and standards within the program environment.
Develop and manage the IT program budget, ensuring that it is allocated appropriately, and expenditures are controlled, identifying and addressing any variances from the budget.
Engage and manage relationships with business and IT key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
At least 15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale SAP ERP implementations
Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA rollouts in large, multi-segment organizations, preferable in the life sciences industry
Proven ability to manage relationships with system integrators, including contracting, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets
Managing contractual relationships to ensure compliance and performance
Relevant certifications in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are highly desirable
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is advantageous
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
Ability to think strategically and align program objectives with overall business goals
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage stakeholders up to C-Level
