Project Manager (m/f/d) – SAP S/4 HANA Transformation

As part of a global SAP S/4 HANA Group transformation, we are looking for an agile leader who will be responsible for the S/4HANA rollout within our Operating Company (OpCo) as a driving force, bridging the gap between strategic program management and operational project management.

Therefore, we are looking for a

Project Manager (m/f/d) – SAP S/4 HANA Transformation

full-time or part-time

• You will take responsibility for the S/4 HANA rollout in OpCo, taking into account the group template
• You will coordinate and lead different project teams consisting of internal departments and external partners
• In doing so, you will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules and resources and always keep an eye on project goals
• You will be responsible for the preparation and moderation of steering committees, including the creation of decision templates for the C-level (local GF and Group Board)
• You will also be responsible for moderating local business requirements and central IT standards
• You will also be involved in PMO standards, methods, templates and project portfolio management

• You have a degree in economics, business administration or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you have several years of experience in large-scale SAP and IT projects and feel at home in the corporate environment
• You have a deep understanding of operational business processes (finance, purchasing, logistics or cross-section) and are an experienced manager in dynamic change environments
• Thanks to your high level of confidence in stakeholder management and your ability to convey complex topics in a way that is tailored to the target group, you will constantly advance major projects
• The position requires a high level of willingness to travel between OpCo's locations and the corporate headquarters
• Fluent in German and English enable you to communicate in a way that is appropriate for your target audience at all times
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
