In the Corporate Transformation department, you will actively participate in the further development of our operating model and support the management of key transformation topics at Group level. As part of your assignment, you will have the opportunity to get to know a broad and strategic field of activity. You will contribute your professional interest in a targeted manner, support cultural and organisational development initiatives and participate in exciting, forward-looking projects. In addition, you can make contacts, explore possible career paths and fill your study fund at the same time.
You will support the implementation of a group-wide organizational tool and take on tasks such as updating organizational data and recording requirements
You will be involved in the creation of materials and support the operational preparation and implementation of transformation and culture initiatives
In addition, you will support the structuring and updating of intranet content as well as the preparation of relevant information in a way that is tailored to the target group
In addition, you can also get involved in projects to further develop the Fresenius Group's operating model, for example in the introduction of formats for uniform management methods at Fresenius
Current full-time studies in the field of economics, business psychology or in a comparable field
Very good English and very good written and spoken German skills
Structured, reliable and team-oriented way of working
Very good knowledge of MS Office 365, especially PowerPoint, as well as good knowledge of Excel
Strong interest in transformation topics as well as organizational development
Initial experience with administrative processes in the corporate environment through a previous internship or a working student position is an advantage
