Project Manager Clinical Research (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Project Manager Clinical Research (m/f/d) for a limited period of 2 years with the option of extension for our Helios Health Institute GmbH in Leipzig

• Management and coordination of clinical research and innovation projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (AMG, MPDG, §15 MBO-Ä, GCP)
• Preparation and quality assurance of essential study documents (e.g. protocol, eCRF, ICF, SAP, TMF) as well as submissions to ethics committees and authorities
• Translation of scientific questions into target group-oriented science communication (abstracts, posters, presentations)
• Project controlling with responsibility for schedules, budget control, resource management and stakeholder communication
• Contract management in the context of national and international clinical research
• Planning and execution of monitor visits including preparation of monitoring plans, reports and follow-up documentation

• Degree in medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences or a comparable field
• Experience in clinical research and in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Interest in medical issues and scientific contexts
• Structured, independent way of working with a high level of self-organization
• Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills and professional appearance
• Proof of existing measles protection in accordance with legal requirements
