Employee in authority management (m/f/d)

Your challenge:

• Supporting the planning coordinator in setting up, tracking and updating an authority schedule as part of a project management assignment
• Clarification of the actual approval status
• Contacting and visiting authorities in advance, support during the process
• Support in the preparation of the required submission documents
• Obtaining the necessary approvals for the relevant project
• Tracking and requesting the required services from planning and ÖBA
• Preparation of application documents
• Participation in meetings with authorities
• Preparation and support of inspections

Your profile

• Completed higher technical education (HTL, FH, TU)
• Experience in public authority management and support for technically or organizationally complex projects, preferably in a hospital environment
• Knowledge of applicable standards and laws
• Knowledge of administrative procedures
• Good written and spoken German - knowledge of English desirable
• Reliability and a high sense of responsibility

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. Based on the defined requirements, the monthly salary is at least € 3,669.84 (14x per year).

Your individual remuneration package will be based on your qualifications and experience. We will determine a customized agreement together with you in personal discussions.
