Personnel Administrator (m/f/d)

part-time (50%) and permanent at Helios Hospital Überlingen on Lake Constance

• Preparation and processing of company hearings, contract documents, employment papers and other HR documents
• Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Contact person for employees with HR-related questions
• Correspondence with applicants, employees and managers
• Maintaining digital personnel files and the duty roster program
• Preparatory measures for monthly payroll accounting, monthly financial statements and preparation of annual financial statements

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• Experience in personnel processing or payroll accounting (desirable)
• Confident handling of the common MS Office programs
• Knowledge of labor, tax and social security law
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
