We are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible on a full-time or part-time basis as a

Personnel Administrator (m/f/d)

• Preparation and processing of works council hearings, contract documents, working papers and other HR documents
• Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Contact person for employees on personnel-related issues
• Management of electronic personnel files
• Correspondence with applicants, employees and managers

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d)
• Experience in personnel administration or payroll accounting (desirable)
• Knowledge of labor, tax and social security law
• Business fluent in written and spoken German
• Confident handling of the common MS Office programs
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
