Senior Manager Compliance Helios Health (m/f/d)

full-time with office in Bad Homburg.

The Governance, Risk and Compliance function at Helios Health is responsible for the further development of the internal control system, risk management and compliance management system at Helios. It supports and advises the responsible functions of the Helios Germany and Quirónsalud divisions in the design and implementation of the measures.

• You report to the Head of Compliance at Helios Health and support them in setting up and further developing the compliance management system
• You design and develop core compliance processes You advise and support those responsible at Helios Germany and Quirónsalud in the implementation and specific compliance issues
• You design and carry out business model-specific risk analyses for the core compliance risks and derive appropriate measures
• You review and design internal company guidelines and develop target group-oriented communication and training measures
• You implement measures to monitor core compliance processes and use the findings to derive initiatives
• You report on the status, further development and maturity of compliance measures

• You have a university degree in business administration or law, preferably with a focus on compliance

• You already have several years of experience in compliance in healthcare companies or an auditing/consulting firm
• You have a strong understanding of compliance and governance and the development of risk-based processes and measures
• You work independently, manage your own deadlines and solve challenges on your own initiative
• You are comfortable in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and maintain attention to detail under pressure
• You have the desire to travel to develop topics on site with colleagues in Germany and Spain
• You are confident in speaking and writing English, if you speak Spanish, this is an advantage
