Occupational Health and Safety Manager (m/f/d)

Your assignments 

• Provide global support for ISO 45001 implementation across Fresenius Kabi sites, including conducting internal audits and driving system improvements. 

• Prepare workshops and training sessions for employees and managers regarding Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and ISO systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001 standards. 

• Analyze accident reports, identify hotspots, and implement measures to reduce incidents and promote employee well-being worldwide. 

• Ensure alignment with international OHS standards, legal requirements, and Fresenius Kabi's global guidelines to enhance safety performance. 

• Develop and harmonize global processes, templates and guidelines to optimize OHS management systems and integrate them effectively with other ISO standards. 

• Support external certification audits and third-party inspections while conducting global management reviews and evaluations. 

• Advise and assist locations in strategic planning, risk assessments, fire safety and hazardous substance management for comprehensive EHS integration. 

• Foster cross-site collaboration and problem-solving to strengthen global EHS management systems and ensure continuous improvement. 

Your profile 

• University degree in engineering, environmental sciences, health & safety management or a related field 

• Expertise in Occupational Health & Safety and familiarity with ISO 45001, including experience as an Internal Auditor 

• Strong communication skills, decision-making abilities and social competencies 

• Flexibility, resilience, autonomy, assertiveness, and strong team collaboration skills 

• Possession of high motivation, self-drive, and a willingness to undertake travel as required 

• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
