To strengthen our team in the medical care center in Schönebeck, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

in the orthopaedics department

full-time or part-time

• You are the contact person for our patients on site, but also provide information over the phone
• You will coordinate and manage all patient-related activities for a smooth daily practice routine
• Administrative tasks as well as the preparation and follow-up of findings are also part of your area of responsibility
• You will also support us with administrative tasks within the practice, such as private billing or writing documents and letters on behalf of a doctor
• You will be responsible for accompanying and assisting our doctors (m/f/d) during consultation hours
• In the laboratory, you will provide support with various laboratory activities such as blood sampling or wound care
• Support in ensuring quality and hygiene management

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or are about to graduate as an MFA
• First professional experience desirable, but not a must
• Experience in working with medical practice software or willingness to familiarize yourself quickly
• Good manners, confident dealing with patients and relatives
• High level of empathy towards our patients
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working, quick comprehension and ability to work in a team characterize you
