For the Helios Klinikum Schwelm we are looking for a Ward Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• A pediatric ward in the care of children aged 0 to 16 years
• Professional and disciplinary staff management
• Staff deployment planning in compliance with legal, collective bargaining and company regulations
• Organization and coordination of ward operations under professional and economic aspects
• Further development of the quality of care
• Planning and implementing individual personnel development measures

• Three years of basic nursing training with a focus on pediatrics
• Initial management experience desirable
• Willingness to change and courage to break new ground and make decisions
• Empathic, constructive and cooperative communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• An excellent position to gain extensive nursing management experience
