Working Student (m/f/d) Supplier Compliance Management / Global Direct Procurement

Are you studying in the natural sciences and would like to gain practical experience in an international healthcare company during your studies? Then join us immediately as a working student in the Supplier Compliance Management / Global Direct Procurement department! The department deals with the worldwide selection and qualification of suppliers of active ingredients, raw materials and packaging materials. You will also define supplier management processes and coordinate supplier audits and quality assurance agreements worldwide.

Your challenge in detail

• You will support our team in drawing up quality assurance agreements (QAAs) and preparing supplier meetings

• You will also compile the necessary qualification documents for active ingredients and packaging materials and maintain them in SharePoint

• You will support the global Quality Managers in supplier management topics

• In addition, you will support global QSV status queries at all Fresenius Kabi production sites and transfer the data to the QSV status recording system

• You will also be involved in the creation of work instructions and presentations as well as the administration, maintenance and updating of the QSV status recording system.

Your expertise is in demand

• Currently studying full-time in the natural sciences (chemistry, biology, pharmacy or similar)

• Careful and structured way of working

• Open and dynamic nature

• Good knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint

• Very good written and spoken English skills
