For our Bad Homburg location, we are looking for a Compliance Manager (m/f/d) on a full-time and permanent basis as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of a compliance strategy for Fresenius Health Services (FHS)
• Promoting a culture of integrity and an open speak-up culture within FHS
• Establishment and further development of the compliance framework as well as ensuring the effective implementation of the compliance management system
• Responsibility for compliance policy management and support of local units in the implementation of compliance management system and policy framework
• Carrying out risk analyses at FHS level as well as accompanying and supporting local compliance coordinators in their implementation
• Promoting best practice exchange and knowledge management within the compliance community
• Conception and implementation of an appropriate training concept for compliance topics
• Development and implementation of relevant KPIs and tools to measure the effectiveness, appropriateness and maturity of the compliance management system
• Ensuring timely reporting from FHS to FSE/Group

What you bring to the table:

• Degree in law, economics or social sciences or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of compliance, internal auditing, auditing or a comparable risk-oriented area of responsibility, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Very good knowledge of the development and further development of compliance management systems
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• High communication and consulting skills, combined with assertiveness
• Experience in project management as well as stakeholder management
• Fluent in German and English
• Self-motivated, collaborative and goal-oriented with a hands-on mentality and willingness to travel
