To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center in Wuppertal Barmen, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

full-time (38.5 h / week) or part-time if you prefer

• You are the contact person at the registration desk and take over the coordination of the practice process including appointment allocation and telephone service
• In addition to preparing examinations and treatments, you will assist with general diagnostic measures in orthopaedics / pain therapy
• You will support our team in managing treatment records, documenting patient data and maintaining patient files
• Administrative activities such as electronic data management, maintenance and management of patient files as well as support with service recording and billing are also part of your area of responsibility

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training

• Ideally, you have already gained (initial) experience in the outpatient sector
• Knowledge of radiation protection (X-ray certificate) and OR experience desirable, but not essential
• You have a sensitive and empathetic approach to our patients
• You work independently, responsibly and reliably
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
