MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

for the Department of Orthopaedics

full-time or part-time

• You will take over the reception and be the contact person for our patients on site, but also provide information over the phone and take care of appointment management
• They support us in the preparation of examinations, treatments and surgical procedures
• In doing so, you will coordinate and control all patient-related activities for a smooth daily practice routine
• Administrative tasks such as documenting treatment processes and patient data will also be part of your area of responsibility
• In addition, you will support the recording and billing of services
• Your support is also needed to ensure quality and hygiene management

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have (initial) professional experience, but this is not a must - career starters are welcome
• You have knowledge of medical practice software or the willingness to familiarize yourself quickly
• You cultivate good manners and an empathetic way of working is a matter of course for you
• You are characterized by a structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as a quick grasp and ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
