To strengthen our team in the medical care center in the old town of Magdeburg, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

for the orthopaedics department

full-time or part-time

• You will be responsible for reception and patient care as well as appointment management at the registration desk
• You will support us in the preparation of examinations, treatments and surgical procedures
• You will coordinate and manage all patient-related activities to ensure a smooth daily practice routine
• Administrative tasks such as the documentation of treatment procedures and patient data also fall within your area of responsibility
• In addition, you will support the recording and invoicing of services
• You will also be involved in ensuring quality and hygiene management

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have (initial) professional experience in an outpatient setting
• You have knowledge of medical practice software or are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with it
• You enjoy teamwork and an empathetic and patient-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
• You work in a careful, structured and goal-oriented manner and are quick on the uptake
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
