MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

for the Department of Orthopaedics

full-time or part-time

• You will be responsible for welcoming and caring for patients as well as managing appointments at the registration desk
• They support us in the preparation of examinations, treatments and surgical procedures
• In doing so, you will coordinate and control all patient-related activities for a smooth daily practice routine
• Administrative tasks such as documenting treatment processes and patient data will also be part of your area of responsibility
• In addition, you will support the recording and billing of services
• You will also be involved in ensuring quality and hygiene management

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have (initial) professional experience in an outpatient setting
• You have knowledge of how to use medical practice software or are willing to familiarize yourself quickly
• You enjoy teamwork and an empathetic and patient-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
• You work carefully, in a structured and goal-oriented manner and have a quick grasp
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
