To strengthen our team in the medical care center in Burg, we are looking for you as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• You are the contact person for our patients on site, but also provide information over the phone
• Administration as well as preparation and follow-up of findings
• You will coordinate and manage all patient-related activities to ensure a smooth daily practice routine
• Administrative tasks also fall within your area of responsibility, such as private billing or writing documents and letters on behalf of a doctor
• In the laboratory, you will provide support with various laboratory activities such as blood sampling or wound care
• Ensuring quality and hygiene management

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Initial work experience would be desirable
• Experience in working with medical practice software
• You have good manners and are confident in dealing with patients and their relatives
• You are characterized by a structured and goal-oriented way of working, as well as a quick grasp and the ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
