Specialist in palliative medicine (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• Care of patients with life-limiting illnesses, complex symptoms and high treatment requirements at home, in long-term care and in hospices in Schwerin and the surrounding area
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the Helios clinics in Schwerin, in particular with the palliative care ward and the palliative medical consultation service (Schwerin Palliative Care Center)
• Professional regional palliative care network
• Regular team meetings, supervision and internal training courses
• A responsible and individual job in an open-minded and motivated multi-professional team

• You are a specialist with an additional qualification in palliative medicine (m/f/d)
• You have an open and confident manner, team orientation, enthusiasm and empathy
• Enjoy networking with other care providers in the context of outpatient palliative care
• Commitment to actively shaping training, further education and quality assurance
• Class B driving license
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
