We are looking for a specialist (m/f/d) to acquire additional training in palliative medicineas soon as possible. The position can be full-time or part-time.

• You will represent this specialist field professionally, organizationally and scientifically in everyday practice
• You are characterized by your in-depth knowledge
• You have a high degree of collegiality and sensitivity
• Participation in the palliative medicine on-call service

• You have completed specialist training and would like to acquire additional training in palliative medicine
• Willingness to undertake further specialist training
• You are characterized by a committed, open-minded and responsible personality
• With ideas and creativity, based on professional and social competence, you ensure the care of our patients and their relatives
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The palliative care ward at the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum Plauen treats people with incurable illnesses and a limited life expectancy of a few weeks or months. This primarily includes tumor diseases and neurological diseases, but also chronic diseases of the cardiovascular system and respiratory organs.

The ward has 8 beds. These are all single rooms, which are very comfortable and specially furnished to suit the particular situation of the patients. Relatives can also be accommodated temporarily on request.

In addition, a palliative medical consultation service has been set up to provide care for terminally ill patients throughout the hospital.
