We develop new service ideas, establish IT service framework concepts and ensure that all services are provided in an optimal and cost-transparent manner in the operational business at the interface to the customer.

Consulting and support in the design, implementation and optimization of IT service management processes based on ITIL, COBIT and other relevant frameworks
Analyzing existing ITSM structures and identifying potential for improvement
Design and implementation of service design and service transition processes
Development and implementation of IT service management processes to ensure the alignment of IT investments with the client's business objectives
Defining and implementing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor IT service quality
Deliver training and workshops to raise awareness and understanding of IT service management principles and practices
Working closely with internal teams to integrate ITSM requirements into IT infrastructure and IT service delivery
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ITSM measures to management
Work closely with internal ServiceNow experts to share best practices and solutions and continuously contribute to the evolution of ServiceNow implementations
Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in consulting on ITSM projects with a focus on IT service management
Extensive knowledge of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or ISO 20000 and experience in the realization and implementation of ITSM best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and quality awareness
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
