Working student (m/f/d) customer service

Your challenge in detail
You will answer customer inquiries, process delivery dates and coordinate the rescheduling of deliveries
It goes without saying that you will also process and create returns bills in SAP
Your tasks will also include obtaining and archiving signatures for returns documents and temperature logs
You will also be responsible for sending documents such as order confirmations, delivery bills and certificates of analysis
What's more, you will actively communicate with customers to optimize order documents
Your expertise is in demand
Currently studying full-time in the field of business administration or a comparable course of study
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good written and spoken German skills
Reliability as well as a careful and structured way of working
Very good communication skills both in writing and on the phone
Basic SAP knowledge is an advantage
