Working Student (m/f/d) Office Administration / Customer Service

Your challenge in detail

• You will actively support our team in the preparation and dispatch of offers and invoices as well as mailings to customers

• You will also be involved in checking and creating invoice corrections

• You will also be responsible for creating documentation in O365 applications

• What's more, you will be responsible for data maintenance and archiving in O365 and SAP

Your expertise is in demand

• Current full-time studies in the field of business administration or a comparable course of study

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Good written and spoken German skills

• Reliability as well as a careful and structured way of working

• Basic SAP knowledge is an advantage
