We are seeking a dynamic and experienced (Senior) Manager Supply Chain Management to join our team.
As (Senior) Manager Supply Chain Management you are responsible for supply and capacity management within the global production network in the Nutrition sector. This role involves consolidating demands and capacities and serving as the central point of contact for SCM topics related to selected products, as well as leading SCM projects for capacity expansion.
Your assignments
- Analyze supply gaps and address bottlenecks in collaboration with sales and production
- Lead capacity-increase projects and coordinate monthly S&OP decisions
- Manage SCM processes for product launches and portfolio optimization
- Continuously improve supply chain processes, standardize planning tools, and enhance management reporting to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between production sites, keep management informed, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Your profile
- University degree in Business, Economics, or Management, with 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Project Management (pharmaceutical experience preferred)
- Strong skills in defining supply chain concepts, facilitating discussions, and analyzing market data
- Knowledge of parenteral/enteral nutrition and global healthcare markets is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a structured mindset
- Fluency in English; German and other languages are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Intercultural experience and willingness to travel internationally (10-20%)
