Ihre Aufgabe
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Projekten im Rahmen der Konzeption
und Weiterentwicklung der SCM-Prozesse - Leitung von Projekten zur Einführung der entwickelten Prozesse
- Lösung aktueller Problemstellungen im Rahmen des Gesamtkonzeptes
- Durchführung von Schulungen zur Vermittlung der damit verbundenen
Erfordernisse in allen operativen Ebenen im internationalen Umfeld - Aufbereitung und Durchführung von Präsentationen und Veröffentlichungen
- Aufbau und Überwachung des Fresenius Kabi SCM-Kennzahlensystems zur
Messung Logistik- bzw. SCM-relevanter Parameter - Optimierung der Bedarfsplanung durch Analyse der SCM-Parameter,
Entwicklung optimaler Einstellungen und Vorgaben an das SCM-Netzwerk - Betreuung der Systemnutzer bei aktuellen Problemstellungen und Entwicklung vonLösungsvorschlägen in Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Fachkräften und SCMTeam
- Einführung des KABI-SCM-Systems in neuen Geschäftseinheiten / Bereichen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, gerne mit Auslandssemester
- Mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Materialbedarfsplanung und im Umgang mitPlanungssystemen
- Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung globaler Supply Chain Prozesse
- Erfahrung in der Schulung von Mitarbeitern und Kollegen
- Erweiterte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement im internationalen Umfeld
- Eigenständigkeit und Durchhaltevermögen bei der Umsetzung komplexer Projekte
- Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
- Ziel- und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Teamfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen
- Grundkenntnisse SAP IBP, SAP APO, SAP Analytics Cloud und SAP ECC
- Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse wünschenswert
