Als Director Operations für die Bereiche Medienversorgung, Ansatz & API Fischöl sind Sie verantwortlich für die gesamtheitliche Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen & GMP-gerechten Herstellung bei gleichzeitig hoher technischer Verfügbarkeit.
Ihre Aufgabe
- Operative Steuerung der Bereiche:
- Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung und -einhaltung (Menge, Personal, Sachkosten, Investitionen)
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Qualitätsanforderungen
- Erstellung von Schichtplänen / -modellen in Abstimmung mit der Personalabteilung und dem Betriebsrat
- Technische Verantwortung für die Bereiche:
- Sicherstellung einer bedarfs- und qualitätsgerechten Instandhaltung
- Verantwortung für die technische Verfügbarkeit
- Durchführung von Optimierungsprojekten innerhalb der relevanten Bereiche zur Sicherstellung und Verbesserung der Verfügbarkeit, der Qualität und der Produktivität
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer und standortrelevanter Konzepte & Projekte im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
- Sicherstellung, dass die implementierten Managementsysteme (Qualität, Energie, Umwelt, Sicherheit und Gesundheit bei der Arbeit) in Übereinstimmung mit den internationalen Normen und mit dem Corporate Managementsystem eingeführt, verwirklicht, aufrechterhalten und fortlaufend verbessert werden
- Disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung für folgende Funktionen und deren Teams:
- Leitung Medienversorgung
- Leitung Ansatz
- Produktionsleitung & Leitung der Herstellung API-Fischöl
- Energiemanagement
- Kontrolle der Produktionsräume und Anlagen auf GMP-Konformität und Aufrechterhaltung der Betriebszustände nach GMP
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Pharmatechnik oder artverwandte Studiengänge
- Langjährige Führungserfahrung in der Produktion in Unternehmen der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Industrie im GMP-Umfeld
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit
- Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Fundiertes Verständnis für verfahrenstechnische Prozesse
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Prozess- und Qualitätsorientierung
- Verhandlungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
