OP Coordinator (m/f/d)
full-time.
Independent implementation of balanced, medium-term OR planning, taking into account an OR framework plan on regular duty
Contact person for the medical and nursing staff in all matters relating to OR planning
Developing and implementing guidelines and processes, as well as planning, scheduling and moderating the OR circle on a quarterly basis
Reporting and static evaluations
Monitoring compliance with hygiene regulations and standards in the OR
Integration of emergencies into the ongoing daily program
Completed vocational training as a surgical assistant or nurse (m/f/d) as well as many years of professional experience in the OR
Completed further training as an OR coordinator or willingness to acquire this qualification
A high level of communication skills and organizational talent
An independent way of working, as well as high resilience, mobility and flexibility
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
