We are looking for you to start as soon as possible in our 24-hour daycare center "Filius" at the Helios Klinikum Bad Saarow near Berlin as Administrative Assistant KITA (m/f/d).

• Administrative support: Relief of the daycare management (m/f/d) in organizational and administrative tasks in daily business
• Contract and contribution management: Preparation of childcare contracts and calculation of parental contributions and contribution notices
• Funding management: applying for funding and subsidies from the youth welfare office, preparing quarterly reports
• System and process support: maintenance and support of the "winKITA" daycare billing program, support with duty planning
• Communication and interface: contact person for parents, providers, authorities and external partners in all administrative matters
• Public relations and events: website maintenance as well as co-organization and support of events, parents' evenings and projects

• Qualifications: Completed commercial or pedagogical training or a comparable qualification
• Organization: Organizational talent, reliability and discretion in daily work
• Digital skills: Confident use of MS Office and digital tools such as KiTa apps and website maintenance
• Communication: Strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
• Structure & independence: Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience: Practical experience in the daycare sector or in administration is required
