Employee (m/f/d) Travel expense accounting

As a service center, we bundle the administrative tasks of HR work for a large number of clinics and service companies in the Helios Group. The range of tasks is constantly growing, which makes the job interesting, versatile and varied.

We are looking for you at the earliest possible date at the Helios Klinikum Jerichower Land site in Burg near Magdeburg as a part-time or full-time (min. 32 h/week) employee (m/f/d) for travel expense accounting for our Personnel Service Center.

• Checking business trip and training applications and processing travel expense reports in accordance with legal and internal requirements
• Advising employees on travel expense guidelines
• Checking receipts and calculating tax aspects
• Communication with internal departments
• Supporting the optimization of processes in travel expense accounting

• Completed commercial training, comparable qualification or relevant professional experience in a commercial environment
• Experience in travel expense accounting or financial accounting is an advantage
• Knowledge of the Federal Travel Expenses Act (BRKG) and tax regulations desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with personnel management software
• Careful and independent way of working
• Necessary proof of measles protection
