For our Service Center, we are looking for several full-time or part-time employees Service Hotline (m/f/d) at the Berlin location as soon as possible.

• First point of contact: Via our service hotline, you are the first contact by telephone and in writing for e.g. patients or doctors
• Customer Contact: Responsible for processing incoming customer orders
• Advice & information: You will provide information and advice on current care offers
• Service quality: Ensuring high service quality and sustainable customer satisfaction
• Teamwork: Close cooperation with internal interfaces and specialist departments

• Education: Completed vocational training, ideally in the medical field; alternatively also possible as an enrolled student or lateral entry
• Language skills: Confident expression and good knowledge of German
• Customer orientation: Strong service and customer orientation
• Personal characteristics: Quick comprehension, sociable and a team player
• IT skills: Experience and confident handling of IT systems, Callone, Windows and Outlook

• They will initially receive a fixed-term contract with a term of one year with the clear goal of being made permanent
