Planner building services engineering with focus on HVAC/medical gas (m/f/d)

Your challenge:

• Creating all relevant types of plans for building services engineering (preliminary design, design, submission and implementation planning)
• Obtaining basic planning data such as natural measurements, on-site inspections, organization of documentation documents
• Preparation and updating of cost calculation bases in accordance with ÖNORM B 1801-1 in all work phases
• Preparation of tender documents and review of tenders
• Compliance with technical regulations and guidelines

Your profile

• Completed technical training in the field of technical building equipment (HTL, FH, or comparable training)
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in a hospital environment
• Good IT skills (MS-Office, AVA software e.g. iTWO or ABK, AutoCAD and Revit)
• Application of the applicable standards and laws
• Quick comprehension, efficient and independent way of working
• Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. Based on the defined requirements, the monthly salary is at least € 3,229.12 (14x per year).

Your individual remuneration package will be based on your qualifications and experience. We will determine a customized agreement together with you in personal discussions
