We are looking for you as a medical assistant (m/f/d) for our psychiatric outpatient clinic at the Helios Clinics Schwerin at the earliest possible date.

• Appointment management (by telephone, e-mail) and admission of patients, preparation of prescriptions and referrals
• Progress documentation in the elect. patient file
• Quarterly billing in cooperation with our billing office as well as ordering of outpatient supplies and cooperative collaboration with all areas of the CFFK
• Accompanying patients during examinations as well as supporting and advising patients and relatives
• Carrying out diagnostic measures (taking blood samples, ECG, administering medication and injections, applying dressings)
• Assistance activities if necessary

• Organizational talent and good communication skills
• Customer orientation and ability to work in a team
• Flexibility and a sense of responsibility
• Enjoy working with psychiatric patients
• Good manners
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
