For the urology/dermatology ward at the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden, we are looking for you immediately on a full or part-time basis as

Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d)

• Representation of the ward manager in ensuring the operational process Personnel management and effective personnel deployment planning, including call-off of employees from the employee pool Responsibility for the implementation and assurance of the defined quality of care as well as cooperation in the development and implementation of innovative concepts Ensuring the qualified practical instruction of trainees, young professionals and participants in further specialist training Implementation of projects and working groups, also interdisciplinary and across professional groups

• Completed training as a state-recognized nursing specialist (m/f/d)

• Further training as a ward manager or willingness to complete this
• Ideally professional experience in the field of urology and dermatology or the motivation to familiarize yourself with this area
• Independent and structured way of working, as well as empathy and high communication skills in dealing with patients and relatives
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
