Helios Fachklinik is looking for a full-time or part-time, permanent employee for the Social Services department (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Organization and planning in areas of integration assistance
• Contact with residential facilities, nursing homes, authorities, counseling centers, etc.
• Advising our patients on relevant social issues
• Securing the basics of life e.g. social welfare, sickness benefit
• Consultation with special counseling or specialist agencies

• Completed training as a social pedagogue (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Communication skills and above-average commitment
• Social competence and sensitivity in dealing with patients and caregivers in the special situation of a hospital stay
• Willingness for further education and training
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
