Solution Architect SAP Plant Maintenance (m/f/d)

Position Overview

As a Solution Architect SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), you will design, implement, and optimize SAP-driven maintenance and service solutions across Fresenius Kabi’s European operations (not limited to).

You will ensure efficient equipment maintenance, reliable operations, and regulatory compliance while supporting transformation projects such as S/4HANA. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into robust SAP solutions that drive operational excellence and sustainable performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain SAP PM functionalities for equipment maintenance, customer service, and resource management.

• Integrate SAP PM with MM, QM, and other modules to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.

• Lead technical workshops, gather business requirements, and design solutions tailored to European plants and service operations.

• Ensure compliance with European maintenance and service regulations, especially in highly regulated industries.

• Support transformation projects, including S/4HANA migration and system integrations with SCADA or MES.

• Provide troubleshooting support for SAP PM related issues in live environments.

• Develop preventive maintenance templates to enhance operational reliability.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• At least 6 years of experience in SAP PM implementation, with deep knowledge of plant maintenance and customer service workflows.

• Strong process expertise in European plant engineering standards and maintenance operations.

• Advanced configuration knowledge in SAP PM, including integration with SCADA or MES systems.

• Experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries is a plus.

• Strong focus on compliance and risk management.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with proven success in multicultural and matrix organizations.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Willingness to travel.
