ServiceNow Technical Architect

The Technical Architect is accountable for the technical integrity of the platform, system performance, and cross-platform data and functionality, including integrations.  They set development standards and drive the technical governance of the platform through robust controls and architecture boards.

• Technical evaluation of strategic and operational demands against the ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and leading practices.

• Provides guidance on, assists in establishing, and participates in technical governance processes.

• Technical steering and governance of ServiceNow modules, applications, features, and data, inter-relationships, and integrations with other platforms

• Collaborate on the design and implementation of a platform operating model that improves the likelihood of successful go-lives and end-user adoption.

• Ensure the creation of solution designs that optimize out-of-the-box features and function,s and provide assurance that technical implementations adhere to best practice

• Identify and manage dependencies between modules, applications, and features

• Maintain broad and deep knowledge of product developments/releases to a suitable level to provide demonstrations and thought leadership.

• 3 years of ServiceNow Architecture experience with appropriate certifications (e.g. CSA)

• ServiceNow implementation and support experience for global enterprise-scaled organizations (ideally incorporating ITSM, SPM, ITOM, IntegrationHub)

• Ability to understand and read scripts and APIs.

• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills

• Able to prioritize time and workload in a complex, fast-moving environment

• Proactive and motivated

• Able to break down complex problems into sequential solutions, demonstrating value quickly
