Senior Physician for Specialized Outpatient Palliative Care (m/f/d)

full-time.

• Holistic and networked care of palliative patients in specialized outpatient palliative care (SAPV) and inpatient care
• Medical advice, treatment and support for seriously ill and dying people in the home environment
• Independent and independent care of our patients in a team with flat hierarchies
• Professionally sound symptom control, pain management, crisis intervention
• Support and guidance of relatives
• Participation in the on-call service in the SAPV
• Leadership and training of employees

• Completed specialist training (m/f/d)
• Additional qualification in palliative medicine
• Professional experience in palliative medicine (outpatient and inpatient desirable)
• Ability to provide empathetic and highly committed care for patients and relatives
• Strong communication skills and social skills
• In the outpatient sector, enjoy working independently in a multi-professional team
• Willingness to develop the department further
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
